  • Anyone can buy at our Online Auction. The website is global and anyone can bid from anywhere, hence the name 'Worldwide Property Auctions'. All bids are put forward to the owners and once a bid is accepted the sales process can proceed from there.

4. How do I bid online for a property?

  • Bid on your selected property using our Enquiry Form accompanying every property in our database.
  • Your bid/enquiry will be forwarded onto the relevant owner or agent for consideration.
  • You can inspect the property at any time and arrange a valuation if you need one, you can contact us for help on how to arrange this or enquire direct with the owner.
  • If you are the successfull bidder then you will need to contact the owner or agency direct to make the appropriate arrangements direct with them regarding deposits and completion dates - WWPA do not get involved in the selling or buying process.

5. What is a Guide Starting Price ?

  • A guide starting price is what we expect to start the bidding price from, this is detailed by the vendor and the current market.

6. What is the Reserve Price ?

  • In agreement with the vendor a minimum sale price is set, this is known as the Reserve Price. It has been known that vendors do sometimes lower their reserve price. All reserve prices are in confidence with the vendor. Vendors occasionally lower their prices so it's worth checking back regularly.

7. How can I pay for my property?

  • If you are successful then you will be contacted by the owner who will make the appropriate arrangements for you to leave a deposit and begin the legal process. We also have the ablity to arrange mortgage advice for customers wishing to buy a property abroad.

8. How do I bid/enquire online?

  • Bidding on line is very simple and straightforward. Search through our auction property and find the property that you would like to bid on. Underneath every property in the auction section is a link to enquire about the property simply click on this link and complete your details.

10. Can I view the Properties for Auction?

  • Yes, simply contact us to arrange a suitable viewing date and time with the vendor or complete the enquiry form. This will be arranged directly with the vendor or agent.

11. Do you arrange inspection tours?

  • We do not arrange inspection tours but we can arrange for viewings and assistance with finding flights and accommodation locally.

13. How long before I complete the sale?

  • The sale process can normally completed within 1-2 months but in extreme cases this can be extended. Many factors can influence the completion date and this is typically related to the country in which you are buying.

14. What are the costs of buying at Auction?

  • Other than your normal legal costs - which your lawyer will advise you of there are no further costs involved. Worldwide Property Auctions do not charge any fees to the buyer and entrance to the auction is free of charge with no need to become a member. We at Worldwide Property Auctions process all enquiries manually to combat illegitimate bidding.
